Brian turned 41 near the end of September. Michael had a game, Rachel had dance, but we made sure to celebrate him in the middle of our crazy day.
We had more of a snack together before everyone scattered to their various activities, and Brian got to open his presents. They were awesome, so awesome that I totally remember what they were.
I made him a brownie ice cream cake.
As I mentioned before, Michael had a game, so we went to cheer him on.
The next night (Friday), we had a better celebration and actually went out to dinner at Olive Garden, Brian's favorite. Nana and Papa were able to join us, which was great. After dinner, they let him pick a free dessert (they actually brought out two slices for us all to share!)
I love love love love love love love LOVE Brian Saville! He's my absolute favorite person on the planet, and I'll forever be grateful that he was born 41 years ago. He's my best friend, my confidant, my co-captain on this crazy team we created together. He shares all my dreams, and cheers me on for every crazy thing I come up with. Life is tough, and I'm so glad I have such an incredible partner at my side to face all of it.
And Brian means so much to me, I'll always be grateful for his parents for bringing him into this world and for raising him to be so incredible.
I know it was a crazy busy month, Brian, but I hope despite it all, you have a very happy birthday!!!
