In between all the hustle and bustle and silver bells or December, we also ate yogurt,
went shopping and saw this huge tree, snuggled in any and all available blankets,
went to scouts, including pack meeting,
did some floor wrestling,
Our new Alfred (Roomba) struggled, and got stuck almost every night, so we tried to help him out. He still managed to get himself stuck, despite our efforts to help.
We shared our bed and blanket with Fred, our kindness bunny, and we laughed,
and nuzzled,
and laughed,And some of us refused to believe that this Frozen beanie was actually Rachel's.
We saw beautiful sunsets,
Gabe in Rachel's Frozen beanie,
and not nearly enough Christmas movies, though we did watch some.We did more shopping and caught this poor thing with its pants down.
We were silly.
We celebrated Grandma's birthday
and took her to a not-amazing restaurant for her birthday dinner. (If you come for your next one, Mom, we'll find a better one, I promise. At least it was quiet though.)
We took down the Christmas tree at the first available opportunity. All good things must come to an orderly end.
We took Grandma and Grandpa to the Creamery, since we got to keep them at our house from Christmas through the first week of January. We played with our new laser tag guns (isn't she the fiercest assassin you've ever seen?)
We stretched.
And Brian and I got the heck out of dodge!
On the 29th, we left snowy Utah and headed to Sunny Florida to catch our 10-year-anniversary cruise, and Grandma and Grandpa Chadwick kindly took care of the junior Team Saville members while we were gone. BLESS THEM!
The Utah New Year's Celebration looked something like this:
And the Caribbean New Year's Eve looked like this:
Farewell, 2018, and thank you for being so good to us!
