October 2019 Part 1: Bowling Night

 In October, there was a fundraiser night at Fat Cats for Rachel's school, and we actually figured it out in time to actually go. Rachel might have helped with that. We ordered food there, which seemed like it would be a good idea, but the food was not very good. Still though, it was fun having food at our bowling table. Rachel loved seeing some of the administrators from her school, as well as a few friends. 

I'm such an inconsistent bowler. You'd never know that my paternal grandma practically lived at the  bowling alley by watching me play the game. And if you look at this scorecard below, you'll see that everyone beat me, including Gabe. Yup, I'm THAT bad. 

But I always keep trying. 

It's all in good fun anyway, right? I always love bowling with my kids. We really ought to do it more often.
