March Part 2: Holidays

After Brian got back from Austin, it was time for Pie Day! Crust Club made a special chicken pot pie with the pi symbol on it, and Michael and Rachel thought that was pretty cool.

We got a raspberry cream pie from Kneaders. Michael had practice and didn't really want to eat, but he modeled the pie for me anyway.

Gabe is not a fan of chicken pot pie, but as we like to say around here, "You don't have to like it to eat it."
Darby the Leprechaun came with mischief again on St. Patrick's Day.
He was into ninjas this time.

"Not even a trip to Ireland and kissing the Blarney Stone will help you catch my gold!"
Rainbow.
Michael modeling the other rainbow. He again had practice and so he didn't eat, but this time he said, rather sadly, "I actually like this meal."
Gabe and I wore our matching Ireland hoodies so we wouldn't get pinched.

These silly little holidays barely merit the word, but I love having the excuse to do something special. Someday, I will achieve my goal of making everyday special, but until then, we have holidays like these.
