On January 3, our dear friends, Michael and Kristina came to visit. We showed them our playroom, and pretty much spent the whole visit down there talking while our kids played. Our Michael loved having a lightsaber war with Michael.
We love these guys. Whenever we get together, it's like there hasn't been years in between visits. We never run out of things to say, it never feels awkward, and when they leave, we feel lifted and loved. They are the kind of people we want to be like. We're so glad that they made time to stop in while they were in town for the holidays.
It was also good to finally meet their baby, who is over a year old now!

How we miss them already. Thanks for being such awesome friends, despite distance and time. Michael has been our friend since fall 2003! We love this family, and we're secretly--not so secretly--hoping that they land in Utah again.
