November 2022 Part 4: Decking the Halls

We set up our Christmas tree the Sunday after Thanksgiving, as per usual.

This meant we had the traditional modeling of the Christmas Tree skirt:

And the reenactment of the kids' first Christmas ornament pictures.

We found this little paper ornament from Rachel that she gave us last year. We documented it in the very likely event that this ornament didn't last the day season.

We found the dog Santa Suit that we got in the White Elephant gift exchange with the Savilles that Ben and Jenny sponsored several years ago. Gracie was obviously excited to wear it again.

After wearing it for a day, we put it away so she didn't have to be tortured anymore. Actually, she didn't seem to mind it too much once we got it on her.

I decided to get rid of some of our decorations this year, so I was more thorough in going through our stockings, and I found this stocking that Brian's siblings made for him during his first Christmas on his mission. Look how young everyone was!

With the house all ready to go, we headed into December.
